If you wish to cancel your account, you can do so via a number of methods:
- Just let us know (via an email to [email protected]). We will cancel your subscription renewal immediately, and you’ll have access to our services until the end of the current billing period. Within 4 weeks of the end of your subscription, your data is deleted from our servers. Deletion is final, with no backups available.
- As your subscription is managed through Paddle, you can also contact [email protected] to cancel the subscription.
- You can go to https://paddle.net and use their automated system to cancel your subscription. You’ll need their billing reference to do this, which you can get from any of the email receipts.
Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, we may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.
Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
Sponsors HQ collects payment in advance of the use of our service.
Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you have already cancelled your subscription.
Customers will receive an email from us confirming that their subscription to the SaaS service has been cancelled. If you do not receive this email, please check your email provider’s spam folder, and if you still cannot find the mail, please contact us to resend the cancellation confirmation.
The chosen method of billing will automatically be charged the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to refuse/cancel a subscription to Sponsors HQ, in which case a refund will be made for the current billing period.
